Tour feature: This tour will take you to the mysterious and attractive historical Silk Route in China, where you will visit many historical wonders, Buddhism temples and beautiful ancient Chinese architectures and historical ruins as well as the weekly Great Sunday Bazaar, where kaleidoscope of scenes from the pages of ‘A Thousand and One Nights’. 



Day 1 Entrance City To Xian( L,)
Visit Shaanxi historical museum, Xian City Wall.
- Shaanxi historical museum: The large-scale modern State-class museum, is situated at the western side of the "Wild Goose Pagoda" in Xian City. It covers an area of about 70,000 square meters, the architectural area of which is 55,000 odd square meters. It was completed on June 20, 1991 and open to the public.
- Xian City Wall: is a major landmark, and the best preserved, as well as the oldest and largest of the city defence systems in China. Bikes can be rented to ride along the top of the wall for about 20 yuan/hour


Day 2 Xi'an (B, L, )
Visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, Huaqing Hot Spring and the Wild Goose Pagoda. Enjoy the Tang Dynasty show in the evening.
- The Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses: The greatest archaeological findings of the century: the army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb.
- The Wild Goose Pagoda: The pagoda where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his classics brought from India.
- The Tang Dynasty show: The show that presents the palace dances and sings in the Tang Dynasty when Xian was the capital.


Day 3 Xi'an / Dunhuang(B, L, )
Transfer via: Flight HU7531(0900-1240)

You will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight and fly to Dunhuang.
Visit Yangguan Pass, Yangguan Museum.

- Yangguan Pass: This pass was a military stronghold in ancient times, with forces stationed here since the Han dynasty. The pass guards access to the southern route of the Silk Road, and hence to the West Region.
- Yangguan Museum: a new museum that has been recently built, this contains artifacts of the era beautifully displayed


Day 4 Dunhuang To Overnight train(B, L, )
Transfer via: Train Y501(2140-0641)

Visit Mogao Grottoes , Echoing-Sand Mountain, The Crescent Lake.
be transferred to the railway station to catch the train to Turpan.
- Mogao Grottoes : Constructed over a millennium, from the 4th to the 14th centuries, the caves hold the world's richest treasure house of Buddhist sutras, murals and sculptures.Cameras are not permitted.
- Echoing-Sand Mountain: Crescent Moon Spring is 6km south of Dunhuang in the Singing Sands Mountains and is quite literally an oasis in the desert. The spring's name derives from the crescent moon shape taken by the small pool of spring water between two large sand dunes. Although the area is very dry, the pool doesn't dry up as one might expect.
- The Crescent Lake: The lake and the Sounding Sand Dune which can make sounds when the wind passes are located in the place where the sand and the oasis meet.

Day 5 Overnight train To Turpan(L, )
Visit Gaochang Ancient City, The Flaming Mountain, Astana Tombs, Suleiman's Minaret, Grape Valley, Karez Well.
- Gaochang Ancient City: The city's name means 'the King City'. It was founded during the first century B.C. and abandoned during the 15th century.
- The Flaming Mountain: Many years of volcanic activity have formed the unique crisscrossing gullies and ravines. During mid-afternoon the heat becomes intense as the sun's rays are reflected off the red rocks, as though the hillsides areengulfed by tongues of fire, hence the name.
- Astana Tombs: Astana Tombs: where the ancient people of the Gaochang city are buried. It is famous for its terracotta figurines and tomb paintings.
- Suleiman's Minaret: This was built in 1777 to commemorate and praise Turpan's ruler, Emin Khoja, who had achieved brilliant military success in suppressing the armed rebellion
- Grape Valley: Grape Valley: with its shady vineyards and trees, this provides a welcome place of relaxation amidst the hundreds of square miles of sand.
- Karez Well: This irrigation system of wells connected by underground channels is considered to be one of the three great ancient projects in China.



Day 6 Turpan To Urumchi (B, L, )
Visit Southern Pasture, The Terai Camp, The Special Service Charge of Nanshan/The Southern Slope, The Erdaoqiao Bazaar .
- Southern Pasture: The pasture, in the Tian Mountain valley, is a very beautiful grazing area, with mountains, valleys, fountains, waterfalls, cypress and pine trees.
- The Special Service Charge of Nanshan/The Southern Slope: Located in the valley of Tian Mountain, the pasture is a very beautiful place for graze with mountains, valleys, fountains, waterfalls, cypress and pine trees.
- The Erdaoqiao Bazaar: The Erdaoqiao Bazaar: This is the largest Uigur bazaar in Urumqi, where you'll find a bustling market filled with fruit, clothing, crafts, knives, carpets and more.


Day 7 Urumchi To Kashgar(B, L,)
Transfer via: Flight TBA
You will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight and fly to Kashgar.
Visit Id Kah Mosque, Sunday bazaar, Abakh Khoja Tomb.
- Id Kah Mosque: Id Kah Mosque
The mosque was built in 1426, and as the largest mosque in Xinjiang it is also the centre of the Moslem activities
- Sunday bazaar: The Uygur farm trade market . Kashgar's bazaar is the biggest one in Xinjiang.
- Abakh Khoja Tomb: The tomb served as the family tomb of Abakh Khoja, the powerful ruler of Kashgar in the 17th century who was revered as a prophet and second only to Mohammed


Day 8 Kashgar(B, L, )
Visit Lake Karakuli, Pass to Lake Kalakuli.
- Lake Karakuli: The lake is in Kashgar, about 1500 kilometers from Urumqi in southwest Xinjiang, and about 3600 meters above sea level. Mount Muztagata (said to be one of the five most beautiful mountains in the world) provides a beautiful backdrop at 7546 meters with the nearby Gongeer Peaks rising to 7719 meters above sea level.


Day 9 Kashgar To Urumchi (B, )

Day 10 Beijing(B, L, )
Visit Forbidden city, The Temple of Heaven, The Tian'anmen Square, Enjoy Kungfu Show.
- Forbidden city: the Forbidden City was the place where the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties carried out their administration and lived. Now it is open to the public as a palace museum where people can see the great traditional palace architecture, enjoy the treasures kept in the palace, and learn of the legends and anecdotes about the imperial family and the court.
- The Tian'anmen Square: Located at the center of Beijing City , where you can visit Tiananmen Tower, Monument to the People's Heroes, Great Hall of the People, China Mao's Memorial Hall.
- Kungfu Show: You don't have to be a martial arts enthusiast to appreciate the incredible feats of strength, with fists, feet, swords, and other weapons. Kungfu expert display their kicks, punches and use of weapons with uncanny speed, power and agility.



Day 11 Beijing(B, L, D, )
Visit The Sacred Road, Mutianyu Great Wall, Enjoy Roasted Duck at Qianmen Quanjude.
- The Sacred Road: The road is guarded on both sides with stone statues by which the ancient emperors went to hold a memorial ceremony for the ancestors.
- Mutianyu Great Wall: 90km northeast of the Beijing city, is more appealing to most travellers than Badaling as it's somewhat less developed. A two-kilometre section of the wall, well endowed with guard towers, built in 1368 and renovated in 1983, it passes along a ridge through some lush, undulating hills.
- Roasted Duck at Qianmen Quanjude: In the evening, enjoy the Peking Roasted Duck which is renowned as the most delicious food of Beijing.


Day 12 Beijing(B, L, )
Visit Hutong , the Lahma Palace, The Summer Palace, Cruise in the Summer Palace.
- The Lahma Palace: Yonghe Lamasery, a Yellow Hat Tibetan lamasary and one of the city's finest and most celebrated temples.The buildings encompass the Han, Mongol, Manchu and Tibetan architectural styles and the brilliance of the blue, green and gold detail on the sharp red pagodas is simply stunning.
- The Summer Palace: The Summer Palace in Beijing is an outstanding expression of the creative art of Chinese landscape garden design, incorporating the works of humankind and nature in a harmonious whole.
- Cruise in the Summer Palace: The largest and best-preserved royal garden in China with a history of over 800 years.you can cruise on the lake


Day 13 Beijing To Departure City (B, )
